Accton Technology Corporation in JV with Ei-En Group

New Delhi, Sep 6 (UNI) Accton Technology Corporation, leading global ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) provider of communication products, today announced a joint venture with Ei-EN Group.

The newly formed local entity, Accton Ei-En India Pvt Ltd, will be actively involved in bid management in the Information Commuication Technology field with emphasis on networking solutions.

It is currently teaming up with system integrators as channel partners for growth in this sector, and is also working with the telecom carriers for bundling its products with their solution.

The Ei-EN Group, is a 25-year-old multinational, with investments in high technology sectors like fab foundries, bulk pharmaceuticals, chemicals, components and electronic devices besides ICT business.

''One of our first priorities will be to create awareness on various aspects like research and development strengths, the product and solution diversity. We want to showcase Accton's technological capabilities in a wide array of solutions including the VoIP, wireless devices, VDSL, Wideband, WAN, ASIC design capabilities etc,'' Accton Ei-En Pvt Ltd MD Mr Umesh Shrivastava said.

These solutions coupled with third party products, Indian market experience and an exhaustive distribution network -- major strengths of Ei-En Group -- will enable Accton Ei-En India to offer end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements of myriad kinds, he added.

With this joint venture, Accton is extending its leadership in R&D capabilities to organisations wishing to develop innovative solutions, and leveraging this, Accton Ei-En India will engage in such exercises with leading Indian players involving its core competencies like triple play, entertainment etc.

Besides this, Accton Ei-En offers core network switch range including enterprise class L3 switches that provide high availability, security and QoS with support for complex routing protocols. High performance hardware-based IP unicast routing is possible while maintaining simplicity of traditional LAN witching.

Accton Ei-En India Pvt Ltd, has recruited Digicomp Complete Solutions Pvt Ltd as their authorised service partners (ASP).

Digicomp has an exhaustive network of service centers across the country to service Accton Ei-En customer better.

Currently, the company has activated branch offices in Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
