Two brothers among three killed in Kashmir

Baramulla, Sep 5 (UNI) Two brothers, including a soldier, were among three people killed by unknown gunmen in this north Kashmir district since last evening, official sources said today.

Militants entered the house of Abdul Rashid Bhat, a soldier of the Jammu and Kashmir Light Infantry, at Khaipora village in Tangmarg area late last night. They fired indiscriminately on the residents, resulting in an on the spot death of Rashid and his brother Mohammad Shafi.

Security forces have launched a manhunt to nab the militants.

In another incident, the sources said gunmen also shot dead 19-year-old Ahsan-ul-Haq Bhat near his house at Chanikhan Sopore last night.
