TDP activist killed in rival parties clash

Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, Sept 5 (UNI) A Telugu Desam Party (TDP) activist P Laxminarayana was killed on the spot and 10 others injured in a clash between the Congress and TDP activists near Ramapuram of Podili mandal in Prakasam district today.

Police said the activists of both the parties clashed while the village people were celebrating Poleramma Jatara.

The injured were admitted to a hospital in Podili.
