Rupee opens strong at 46.30/32/USD

Mumbai, Sep 5 (UNI) The Indian currency today opened strong at Rs 46.30/32 per US dollar compared to the previous close of Rs 46.34/35 per US dollar, as huge inflows from the foreign banks came into the market, a trader in the money market said.

In the mid morning trade, rupee was trading at Rs 46.22/24 per US dollar.

The stock market too opened 13 points in the green at 11,927 points and it is currently trading at 11,924 which is 10 points up from the previous close.
