Prajay engineers declares 20 per cent dividend

Hyderabad, Sept 5 (UNI) Prajay Engineers Syndicate, a leading city- based construction company today announced dividend of 20 per cent or Rs two per share for 2005-06.

According to a press release here, the dividend was announced following strong results for the quarter ended June 30, 2006. The relase added that Prajay reported an increase of 153.98 per cent in income, up from Rs 146.32 million to Rs 371.64 million.

Recently, the company raised upto 60 million USD by way of foreign currency convertible bonds in the international market.
