Omnitech Acquires EdVenture Systems

Mumbai, Sep 5 (UNI) Omnitech, an information technology and IT-enabled services providor, today announced acquisition of its long-term business partner, ESI (EdVenture Systems Inc.), the management service provider, saying it will help create synergy to address the global market.

'' We have been doing business together for sometime now, and have been very successful, hence it was a mutual decision to unite and create synergy which is beneficial to both ,'' said Atul Hemani, Chairman and Managing Director, Omnitech InfoSolutions.

With this acquisition, the entire team of ESI becomes part of Omnitech and a new division called ESI Test Labs is created headed by ESI founder Anurag Shah. Mr Shah said, '' We are very happy and excited to be part of Omnitech, am confident that together we will be able to leverage the software testing division which is the next big wave in outsourcing.''
