MP govt files caveat in HC

Jabalpur, Sep 5 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh government filed a caveat in the state High Court urging that no action be taken without hearing the regime's side if an ordinance, issued today for improving universities' administrative functioning, was challenged.

Recently, Governor Balram Jakhar formed a vice-chancellors' committee for recommending improvement in administrative functioning.
