MNS quashes reports about workers rejoining Shiv Sena

Mumbai, Sep 4 (UNI) The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena has quashed reports that several of its workers have rejoined the Shiv Sena.

In a press release here today, MNS general secretary Pravin Darekar, who is considered to be very close to party president Raj Thackeray, alleged that Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray was ''afraid of his defeat'' and the rumours about MNS workers rejoining the Sena were deliberately spread.

''We are all happy with the MNS and are not interested in going anywhere else,'' he added.
