Imphal temple blast toll reaches 6

Imphal, Sep 5 (UNI) With the death of a blast victim in hospital today the toll in the August 16 ISKCON temple attack here reached six.

70-year-old Khundokpam Ningthemjao of Kwakeithel, Imphal, is battling for life at the Catholic Hospital after he sustained injuries in the bomb attack.

Earlier, five persons, including two boys and a girl, were killed in the blast. None has so far been arrested.

The Manipur BJP has demanded a CBI probe into the incident.

The police has also announced a reward of Rs one lakh to those giving details of the blast.
