Weighty Bible on display

Hyderabad, Sep 4 (UNI) The longest book of Bible measuring 2000 metres long and weighing 97 kgs, the heaviest volume weighing seven kg and the smallest weighing 10 gms are on display at the Hyderabad International Christian Book Fair being held here.

The Fair is being held under the auspices of OM Books Foundation, Hyderabad and STL-Group (UK) and an international organisation involved in the distribution of Christian value based literature.

Talking to the media, OM Books Foundation Director Johnson George said apart from the display of unique Bibles, the exhibition also displays varieties of books from MV Doulos.

About 10,000 titles are showcased from Rs 5 onwards, besides different versions of Bibles. Books on Christian life, leadership, jokes, games, devotion, Biography, dictionaries, commentaries, spiritual studies and children's books. Wide varieties of cassettes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs and Bibles in various languages are also on display, he added.
