Shibu ready to join state politics for CM post

Bokaro, Sep 4 (UNI) JMM Supremo and Coal Minister Shibu Soren today said he was ready to join state politics if he was made Chief Minister of Jharkhand.

Talking to UNI over phone from Delhi, Mr Soren said he would quit the post of Coal Minister if he was offered the Chief Minister slot.

Mr Soren said his party was not ready to accept Madhu Koda as Jharkhand Chief Minister, adding a meeting to arrive at a consensus over the name was being held in the national capital.

He said he was ready to accept whatever decision would be taken in the meeting.
