Sharapova rolls into fourth round

NEW YORK, Sep 4 (Reuters) Third seed Maria Sharapova continued her march through the US Open by beating fellow Russian Elena Likhotseva 6-3 6-2 in the third round.

Sharapova, who has not lost a set in her three matches, faces China's Na Li in the fourth round.

Likhotseva had only four winners in the match with 15 unforced errors. She took a 2-0 lead in the second set but Sharapova started drilling winners and sealed victory in 64 minutes.

Sharapova had 22 winners and only 11 unforced errors.
