Rupee opens strong at Rs 46.46/47/USD

Mumbai, Sept 04 (UNI) Indian currency today opened flat at Rs 46.46/47 per US Dollar compared to the previous close of Rs 46.52 per US Dollar, a trader in the money market said.

In the mid morning trade rupee was trading at Rs 46.45/46 per US Dollar.

The stock market too opened 42 points in the green at 11,824 points, and it is currently trading at 11,884, which is 110 points up from the previous close.
