JCB new manufacturing unit opens at Pune

New Delhi, Sep 4 (UNI) The new manufacturing unit of JCB with an investment of Rs 130 crore was today inaugurated by UK's Conservative leader David Cameron in Pune.

The company began producing components for JCB machines last year and is employing more than 200 people.

''India is now JCB's second largest market and sales here have quadrupled in the last five years. JCB is market leader in India and we would continue to invest heavily to keep pace with the growth,'' JCB MD and CEO John Patterson said.
