IOC AGM to consider dividend on Sept 22

New Delhi, Sep 4 (UNI) The AGM of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) will meet on September 22, to consider the recommended dividend of 125 per cent for FY06.

As per an IOC statement, the dividend recommended by the Board of Directors, if approved at the forthcoming AGM, will be paid to the shareholders by September 30, 2006.
