Couple kill their two children, commit suicide

Udupi, Sept 4 (UNI) A couple, frustrated over a nagging health problem, threw their two children into a well and committed suicide by jumping into the same well in Kabbinale village in this district today.

The couple identified as Chandrashekar (37) and Vanajakshi (32) decided to end their life as Chandrasekhar was suffering from chronic asthma for quite some time. They threw eleven-month old Amogha and five-year old Ananya into a open well before jumping into it to end their lives.

The bodies have been sent for post mortem, police said.
