Aircel covers 700 towns in TN

Chennai, Sep 4: Aircel, the most preferred operator in Tamil Nadu today crossed yet another milestone by spreading its service areas to 700 towns in the state.

Aircel CEO K V Baskar said this achievement not only reinforced the leadership Aircel enjoyed in the state, but also established it as an undisputed leader among mobile service providers in the region, according to a company release here.

The launch at the temple town of Srimushnam underlined the fact that Aircel's reach extended to every nook and corner of the state, it said.

Aircel would rededicate itself to its subscribers and as the leading mobile operator, was poised to cover 1,200 towns by the end of this year,the release added.
