Week-long paragliding camp postponed in Kashmir

Srinagar, Sep 3 (UNI) The prevailing bad weather situation has forced the postponement of a week-long paragliding sports camp that was scheduled to be held at Sonamarg, about 80 km from here, from September 2.

The camp was to be organised by the Sonamarg Development Authority in collaboration with Karakoram explorers.

Sonamarg Development Authority Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Muzaffar Lanker said the camp has been postponed in view of the prevailing bad weather conditions.

He said the new date would be decided following improvement in the weather condition.
