'TRS has no existence without Cong support'

Hyderabad, Sep 3: Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha L K Advani today said the Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS), which is championing the cause of the formation of separate Telangana state, has no existence without the support of the Congress.

In a chat with the media, Mr Advani, who came here to participate in the Indian Travel Congress as the chief guest, said the TRS was surviving only with the support of the Congress.

Replying to questions, he said the Congress, which asserted its commitment to the formation of Telangana state, had gone back on his promise.

Mr Advani, however, reiferated his party's commitment to the formation of the Telangana state.
