Real estate fair 'Properties ahead-2006' from Sep 30

New Delhi, Sep 3: Properties ahead-2006, a comprehensive real estate exhibitions covering residential and commercial properties and financing opportunities, will be held from September 30 to October 2, 2006, at Pragati Maidan.

Laden with property choices, the exhibition --to be organised by Ecube Entertainment Pvt Ltd in partnership with various industry councils -- will have experts to guide the interested potential realestate investors on legal and procedural aspects of buying a property.

''The aim of Property ahead-06 is to present a platform to synergise all the major factors in the business like buyers-sellers-financers all under one-roof for their complete real estate requirements be it investment or self consumption,'' said Mr Gaurav Sharma, General Manager of Pushpanjali Construction -- one of the organisers.

The organisers expects about 40 leading real-estate developers, builders, consultants, legal advisors, banks and financial institutions and over 25,000 visitors during three days of the exhibition at Hall Number 7 of Pragati Maidan, a release said.
