Mentally handicapped commits suicide

Lucknow, Sep 3 (UNI) A mentally handicapped person strangled himself to death under Malihabad police station area here last night, police today said.

Police said Mathura Prasad (42), a resident of Mujasa village hanged himself to death.

The body was sent for autopsy.Investigations were on.
