Mumbai, Sept 3 (UNI) Brihanmumbai Municipal Commissioner Johny Joseph has urged Mumbaikars to send their suggestions and objections if any to the proposed Cleanliness and Sanitation By-laws 2006.

Mr Joseph, in a statement, said citizens should participate in a debate on the draft byelaws, discuss its provisions, and make their suggestions within one month.
