Basketball Federation Cup next month

Jamshedpur, Sep 2 (UNI) The 22nd Federation Cup basketball championship will be held at JRD Tata Sports complex here from October 28 to Novermber 2.

The Championship would be jointly organised by the Jharkhand Basketball Association and Tata Steel.

According to the sports department of Tata Steel, altogether 18 teams, nine each for men's and women's, would participate from all over the country.

Following are the teams: (Men) Railways,Punjab,Tamil Nadu, Services, Uttaranchal,Karnataka,Rajasthan,Kerala and Jharkhand.

(Women): Winner of inter-railways championship,Kerala,Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Chhatisgarh and Jharkhand.
