Sanctions not way to resolve int'l disputes-Russia

MOSCOW, Sep 1 (Reuters) Sanctions are not the best way to resolve international disputes, Interfax news agency quoted Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov as saying today in a clear reference to Iran.
