Rupee opens flat at Rs 46.53/55 per USD

Mumbai, Sept 1 (UNI) The rupee today opened flat at Rs 46.53/55 per US dollar, a trader in the money market said.

In the mid-morning trade, the domestic currency was trading at Rs 46.53/54 per USD.

The stock market, too, opened marginally in the green at 11,699.57 points. It is currently trading at 11,708.11 points, up by 9.06 points from the previous close.
