IOC launches xtracare outlets

Vijayawada, Sep 1 (UNI) Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) Ltd has launched an 'xtracare' branded outlet here today.

Senior Divisional Retail Sales Manager S Annamalai said on the occasion of the launch that IOC, formed in 1964 as a public sector oil company incorporating Indian Refineries Ltd and Indian Oil Company, was committed to providing care, passion, trust and innovation to customers by launching outlets across the country to mark the occasion of the 43rd Indian Oil Day.

He said all xtracare retail outlets would be provided with state of the art dispensing units having inbuilt billing machines, integrated with the volume dispensed through the nozzle. The outlets would dispense premium branded fuels like xtramile diesel and xtrapremium gasoline and would be provided with electronic airguages.

Mr Annamalai said the managers and dealers of xtracare outlets were well trained by professional trainers and outsourced by the corporation for delivering customer service excellence.
