Air passenger arrested in Kolkata

Kolkata, Sep 1 (UNI) A passenger of a private airlines flight from Delhi to Guwahati via Kolkata was off loaded at the city airport today for alleged misbehaviour with co-passengers and crew, airport sources said.

According to a complaint lodged by the the airlines with Airport Authority of India that passenger Sushil Beri (40), a resident of Asom, picked up quarrel with co-passenbgers and flight crew and also reportedly threatened the commander while the flight was midair.

After the flight landed in Kolkata, security personnel offloaded him and he was later detained by the police.
