Police unearth landmines

Warangal, Aug 31 (UNI) The district police today unearthed two landmines from Kondaparthi and Lavvala villages.

Police said the mines were unearthed during a regular combing operation.

The mines, weighing about 20 kg were planted by the Maoists to kill the combing police party. Etunurunagaram Inspector M Dayananda Reddy inspected the site, police added.
