Mysore University Vice-Chancellor J Shasidhara Prasad told reporters here that after signing the MoU they are happy to have such student and faculty exchange programmes.

As part of the MoU, the group would introduce PG courses in biochemistry, biotechnology, information technology, food science and nutrition. In addition, a centre for learning and development would be set up to offer short-term programmes with a duration of two to six months for students, teachers and other professionals.

The Indo-American research group has its campus at Sankaram in Anakapalle town. Group Chairman V Pujari said for all the courses offered under the techincal supervision of experts, the University of Mysore would offer certificates. Their institutions are offering MBA, PHd and hotel management courses.
