MES leaders call on Bal Thackeray

Mumbai, Aug 31 (UNI) Shiv sena chief Bal Thackeray reassured the representatives of the Maharashtra Ekikaran samiti that his party will always fight for their cause and criticised the ministers from Maharashtra at the Centre for not doing anything on this issue.

A delegation of Maharashtra Ekikaran Samiti led by Belgaum deputy Mayor Prakash Shirolkar today called on the Shiv Sena chief. Shiv Sena Sahsampark Pramukh Arvind Naguludi and other representatives from the bordering areas were also present during the meeting.

Mr Thackeray said Union Minority Affairs minister A R Antulay, a barristor, should fight on behalf of Maharashtra as he said, Mr Antulay had written a book on the Mahajan report and had given all the details about it.
