Kalpathi unveils tie-up with school

Chennai, Aug (UNI) Kalpathi Properties, the real estate arm of SSI Limited, today announced its tie-up with a leading school to set up a primary and high school in the 5,000 apartment township, coming up at Perambur in North Chennai.

Kalpathi had tied up with Bala Vidya Mandir, Gandhinagar, and the township was coming up at the erstwhile Binny Mills property in Perambur.

An MoU was signed between Kalpathi Properties and Bala Vidya Mandir school.

According to an SSI release, Kalpathi would provide the land and the necessary infrastructure for the commencement of operations of the school on a nominal long term lease.
