Andhra: Fire breaks out in Railway godowns

Hyderabad, Aug 31: Fire broke out in two railway godowns at Kacheguda, belonging to AP Fertilisers today.

According to police, the railway authorities had eight godowns near Kacheguda. Among them two were allotted to AP Fertilisers.

The fire broke out in one of the godowns of AP Fertilisers and spread to the other one. By the time a fire engine could reach the spot, the godown was gutted.

The police were trying to ascertain the extent of damage and were investigating the cause of the fire.
