Rupee opens strong at Rs 46.46/48/USD

Mumbai, Aug 29: Indian currency today opened strong by five paise at Rs 46.46/48 per US Dollar compared to the previous close of Rs 46.51/USD, a trader in the money market said.

In the mid morning trade rupee was trading at Rs 46.51/52 per USD.

The stock market to opened in the green by 33 points and is currently trading at 11,660 points.
