Precious metal flat on moderate demand

Mumbai, Aug 28: Prices of silver and gold resumed almost flat on moderate demand in the opening session, traders at the bullion market today said.

Following were today's opening spot rates : Silver (per kg) .999 fineness grade : Rs 19,250, Gold (per 10 gm): Gold 99.5 purity standard mint: : Rs 9,425, Gold 99.9 purity variety : Rs 9,475.
