Congress will form next govt in UP: Pramod Tiwari
Allahabad, Aug 27 (UNI) Congress Legislative Party leader Pramod Tiwari said here today Samajwadi Party would be wiped out in the next Uttar Pradesh assembly election.
Talking to UNI, he said Samajwadi Party will lose because of its deeds, BJP, its internal conflicts, while Bahujan Samaj Party for negligence of its cadres and open sale of party tickets.
Mr Tiwari said ''goondaism, corruption and mafia remained dominant during the Samajwadi Party government in the state. He said BSP president Mayawati, by ignoring party cadre was selling tickets openly following which there was great resentment among the party workers.
He said the BJP was facing internal conflicts.
The senior Congress leader said his party would declare the names of 200 candidates next month for the forthcoming state assembly election. He said his party has fully prepared itself for the next assembly election. Senior party leaders have already been given the charges of electioneering in their respective areas.
Mr Tiwari said once Congress president Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul campaign, people will come towards the party.
He said providing unemployment allowance to youth and other welfare announcements were not going to attract people.
Asked about the misuse of government machinery during elections, Mr Tiwari said let the date of the election be announced, the government officials would automatically change themselves.
