Prisoner dies in jail

Lalitpur, Aug 26 (UNI) A prisoner died under mysterious circumstances in the Lalitpur district jail today.

Deputy Jailor Bal Swaroop Kushwaha said the inmate, Man Singh, was sentenced to life imprisonment some times back.

According to jail doctor, the criminal died of a cardiac arrest.

The body has been sent for an autopsy.
