Prime Minister to visit Orissa on Aug 28-29

New Delhi, Aug 26: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will visit Orissa for two days from August 28, during which he will tour the backward KBK (Kalahandi-Bolangir-Koraput) area in the state.

The Prime Minister will dedicate to the nation NTPC's super power thermal plant at Talcher on August 28. On the same day, he will meet the Governor and Chief Minister and hold discussions with other state government officials.

Next day, he will undertake a tour of the KBK region, official sources said.
