Leopard died of starvation

Pathalgaon, Chhattisgarh, Aug 26 (UNI) A leopard died of starvation in Raigarh district of Chhattisgarh, officials said.

A postmortem revealed the leopard, whose carcass was found in a dry nullah of Indira Vihar near Govardhan village on Thursday, died of starvation.

Forest department sub-divisional officer S S Kanwar said forest protection committee members found the dead leopard while patrolling the area.
