CAT Now Goes Online

New Delhi, Aug 26 (UNI) Central Administrative Tribunal causelist, judgements and other data can now be accessed online by logging into http://www.cat.gov.in.

The website was launched yesterday by the CAT Chairman, Justice B Panigrahi, a Law and Justice Ministry statement said.

It contains Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, Central Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987, Central Administrative Tribunal, Rules of Practice, 1993, Central Administrative Tribunal (Destruction of Records) Rules, 1990 and Central Administrative Tribunal (Grant of Certified Copies) Regulations, 1988, the statement said.

It also contains Central Administrative Tribunal (Salaries and Allowances&Conditions of Service of Chairman, Vice-Chairmen and Members) Rules, 1985, Benches of the Tribunal, Various judicial forms and calendar of the Central Administrative Tribunal, it said.
