Three pilgrims killed, 18 injured in mishap

Pratapgarh, Aug 25 (UNI) At least three people were killed and 18 others injured when a bus carrying pilgrims collided with a tree here today.

Police said the mishap took place near Kunda on Rae Bareli-Allahabad road, when a private bus was on way to Baijnath 'Dham' from Hardwar.

Meanwhile, seven critically injured were rushed to Lucknow for treatment.

The bus driver was absconding. A case has been registered against him.
