Pearls infrastructure enters housing sector in Punjab
Chandigarh, Aug 25 (UNI) The Pearls Infrastructure Projects Ltd today announced the launch of nearly 900 luxury flats in Zirakhpur and a township in Mohali.
Chief Executive Officer Paresh Mathur said here that Nirmal Chhaya Towers, spread over an area of 17.5 acre in Zirakhpur will have two, three, four bedrooms flats and Duplex Penthouses.
He said that at the Nirmal Chhaya Towers, rainwater harvesting system, under ground cable facilities and also a water softening plant will be installed. The flats will be available for possession after two-and- a-half-year, he added.
About the township in Mohali, Mr Mathur said it will be developed on 500 acres of land with an investment of Rs 2500 crore.
At present Punjab government has sanctioned 150 acres for the township and rest will be done by December this year, he added.
He said, as per the government rule, 10 per cent of the land will be reserved for flats for economically weaker sections (EWS).
Mr Mathur said an old age home would be developed at Banur as part of the company's charity programme for the elderly.
