NCC cadet killed during para-sailing

Raipur, Aug 25 (UNI) A 20-year-old National Cadet Corps cadet was killed as he fell down from 40 feet height during para-sailing training at an NCC camp at Mana near here yesterday.

Police said Sanjay Bawankar, B Com student of a local college, who sustained head injuries and multiple fractures, was immediately rushed to the private Modern Medical Institute(MMI) where he succumbed to his injuries late evening.

NCC officials said an inquiry would he held to find out the circumstances that led to the accident.
