4 booked for selling free govt books
Pratapgarh, Aug 25 (UNI) Three private school managers and a shopkeeper in the district have been booked for allegedly selling books meant for free distribution under Lalganj Kotwali area.
Police Superintendent Prem Prakash yesterday said the books were seized by Basic Shiksha Adhikari Brijesh Mishra.
The accused are Lalta Prasad Tiwari, Manager of Krishna Prasad Vidhya Mandir (Sahabganj); Ram Pratap Maurya, Manager of Pratap Bharti Public School (Ajgara) and Sanjiv Tripathi, Manager of Sunrise Vidyalay (Sundarpur).
Besides, a shopkeeper in Sundarpur was also arrested.
