McDonald's promotes two execs in U.S. division

NEW YORK, Aug 24 (Reuters) McDonald's Corp. on Thursday said Janice Fields, president of McDonald's USA's Central Division, has been promoted to chief operations officer of McDonald's USA.

The hamburger chain also said James Johannesen, chief support officer of McDonald's USA, will replace Fields as the Central Division's president.
