Woman, daughter commit suicide

Thrissur, Aug 23 (UNI) A woman and her daughter allegedly committed suicide at Valapad in the district today.

The deceased were identified as Baby (45) and Sindhu (24).

Korisery Purushu, husband of Baby, who attempted to commit suicide was admitted to hospital in a serious condition, police said.

Family problems were said to be the reason for the family taking the extreme step.
