Spice launches 'Kannada Kasturi'

Bangalore, Aug 23: Privae Cellphone operator Spice Telecom today launched 'Kannada Kasturi' WAP portal with exclusive Kannada content, in association with India Times, here today.

The portal would provide a refreshing collection of polytones, truetones, singtones, MP3 Tones, videos, animations, wallpapers, videotnes and theme downloads in Kannadigas own lingua franca.

Spice would soon launch Kannada Vice SMS, Monthly Bills and consumer application forms.

Speaking on the occasion Spice Telecom COO Navin Kaul said, "Kannada Kasturi is a tribute to Karnataka and its rich cultural heritage. Our aim was to cater to people of Karnataka by providing different Value Aded Services in local language.
