Five-year old child rescued

New Delhi, Aug 21 (UNI) A five-year-old boy, kidnapped on August 18, was rescued by police with the arrest of a person.

Tushar was rescued from the Mathura Road after the arrest of Shambhu Prashad, a distant relative of complainant. Shambhu was arrested when he came to collect the ransom money in Harkesh Nagar.

The accused had demanded a ransom of Rs 1,00,00 from Tushar's father.

During interrogation Shambhu confessed that he had planned to kidnap Tushar to get money to start his own business.
