Five malnutritioned children hospitalised

Gwalior, Aug 21 (UNI) Five severely malnutritioned children from tribal-dominated Rampura village in this district have been admitted to hospital for treatment, official sources said today.

Health officials had conducted a camp in the village recently.

During the camp, 42 children up to five years of age were weighed as a part of follow-up of the Bal Sanjeevni Abhiyan.

The malnutrition level was measured and five children were found to be severely malnutritioned. They were admitted to hospital and would be provided treatment for 14 days.
