Kutch experiences slight intensity quake

New Delhi, Aug 20 (UNI) An earthquake of slight intensity measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale occurred in the Kutch region in Gujarat this morning.

According to the India Meteorological Department, the temblor lay centred at 23.3 degrees North latitude and 69.9 degrees East longitude.

The temblor, occurred at 0807 hours.
