Bomb hoax in Tech. Park

Bangalore, Aug 20 (UNI) An anonymous telephone call that a bomb had been planted in the ITPL in the city was proved to be a hoax after police conducted a thorough search of the facility housing major software firms.

Police said an anonymous caller had telephoned this afternoon threatening that a bomb had been planted in the ITPL premises.

Police rushed to the spot along with bomb disposal squad and sniffer dogs conducted a three-hour long search but found nothing.
